Develop 3E curricula, teacher training materials and courses which will include visits to demonstration sites and be synergistic with the outcome-based criteria of programs produced by institutions such as Hamline University's Center for Global Environmental Education, the Science Museum of Minnesota, the "Energy Alley" program of the Minnesota Environmental Initiative and the Laurentian Environmental Center.

5. Select a variety of 3E demonstrations for chosen sites in Minnesota, consistent with the long range plans of CREED, its funding priorities and other environmental criteria.
